I also want to congratulate you and your family on the great success you have made in the Colorado Springs automotive world in the past 25 years. I know you have taken a lot of risks and worked very hard in a really competitive market, and you have accomplished a lot. It is not an easy market nor an easy line of work, and I hope 2010 and the future will be kind to you.
On our deal, I worked with a great sales person and he did a commendable job, he was busy with end-of-year deals but still managed to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional. In my limited opinion, he is a great asset to your operation. I also want to commend your finance office, professional, really fast and proficient.
